How to Request Correction

The correction form will open on the admission update date.

You can request correction until the test date.

A fee of Rs. 500 is necessary via bank transfer for processing.

Required documents include a clear photo or PDF of NIC or Passport or Birth Certificate.
05.
Carefully review all entries because requests cannot be modified once this form is submitted.
06.
After you fill this application the name you provided is printed on your certificate.
