  • Payment & Proof
  • The examination fee should be paid through Bank Deposit or CDM only. A scanned or photo of the Bank Deposit Slip is mandatory for the application.
    විභාග ගාස්තුව බැංකු තැන්පතු හෝ CDM හරහා පමණක් ගෙවිය යුතුය. අයදුම්පත්‍රය සඳහා බැංකු තැන්පතු පත්‍රිකාවේ ස්කෑන් කරන ලද හෝ ඡායාරූපයක් අනිවාර්ය වේ.
  • Document Preparation
  • Before filling out the online application form, prepare soft (scanned) copies or photocopies of all the required documents (ID, photograph and payment proof).
    මාර්ගගත අයදුම් පත්‍රය පිරවීමට පෙර, අවශ්‍ය සියලුම ලියකියවිලි (හැඳුනුම්පත, ඡායාරූපය සහ ගෙවීම් සාක්ෂි) වල මෘදු (ස්කෑන් කරන ලද) පිටපත් හෝ ඡායා පිටපත් සකස් කරන්න.
    • Copy of the Passport, Copy of the Driving License or ID Copy with O/L or A/L result sheet copy (Scaned copy or images)
    • Passport size photographs & Photographs should have to take within last 3 months and should not wear specs in the photograph(Softcopy) Avoid including photos taken with mobile phones. Enter only a photo taken from an approved photo studio as per proper guidelines and standards.
  • Application filling
  • The following documents are mandatory when you register online and you must fill out the application form after making payment.
    ඔබ මාර්ගගතව ලියාපදිංචි වන විට පහත ලියකියවිලි අනිවාර්ය වන අතර ගෙවීම් කිරීමෙන් පසු අයදුම්පත පුරවා ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.

  • It is mandatory to bring the exam registration fee to the office for office registration.( Payments made through banks or CDMs are not valid for official documents.)
    කාර්යාලීය ලියාපදිංචි සදහා අනිවාර්යෙන් විභාග ලියාපදිංචි ගාස්තුව කාර්යාලයට රැගෙන ඒම අනිවාර්යයි.( බැංකු තුලින් හෝ සීඩීම් මැශින් වලින් සිදු කරනු ලබන මුදල් ගෙවීම් කාර්යාලිය ලියපදිංචි සදහා වලංගු නොවේ.)
  • Please come to the office to pay the exam fee.(Bank receipts are not valid for office registration.)
    විභාගය සදහා වන මුදල කාර්‍යාලයට පැමිණ සිදු කරන්න.(බැංකු රිසිට්පත් කාර්‍යාලිය ලියාපදිංචි සදහා වලංගු නොවෙ.)

  • When registering at our NAT office, you must come to the office and bring the following documents.
    අපගේ NAT කාර්යාලයට පැමිණ ලියාපදිංචි වීමේදී ඔබ කාර්යාලයට පැමිණිය යුතු අතර පහත සදහන් ලියකිවිලි රැගෙන පැමිණෙන්න.
    • Copy of the Passport, Copy of the Driving License or ID Copy with O/L or A/L result sheet copy.

Important: Please enter your NIC number or full name as the payment reference when making the payment. If the NIC number is not included in the reference, kindly write your NIC number clearly on the payment receipt using a pen.

  • Make sure to keep your payment slip with you until the exam is over.

Note: We do not accept partial payments. Online transfers and third-party transfers are not accepted. Payments are accepted only via Commercial bank counter deposits or Commercial Bank CDM machines.
